Objective: to find out the clinical, endoscopic features and cr scanner findings of fronto-ethmoidal mucocele. Methods: 40 patients suffering from fronto-ethmoidal mucocele treated with surgical removal. Descriptive prospective study. Results: Common ages 40-60 (60 percent). Symptoms of intraorbital extension: eye displacement (97.5 percent), protosis (67.5 percent). On endoscopic
