Parapharygeal space tumors is rare in ENT, symtoms are presenting through local organs, imaging is very useful to define location, spread, relationship with main Artery. Objective: study clinical signs and symtoms, role of imaging in diagnostic location, spread in parapharyngeal space tumors. Material and Method: descriptive study 38 patiens was diagnosied para pharyngeal space tumors at National ENT hospital during 1999 to 2004. Results: mean age of patiens was 44.4, ratio man and women are similar, dysphagia 79.41 percent but easy to ignore, 100 percent oropharyngeal bulge, on imaging 50 percent tumors are locate at retrostyloid, 71.06 percent tumors with size 3 - 6 cm, 76.32 tumors well define margin, 100 percent carotid sheath are deviated, 7.89 percent tumors invasive skullbase and spead to intracranial. Conclusion: often diagnosied at late stage when tumor compress to surounding organs, imagings play so important role to define location, characteristic of tumors and help to decide method of treatment and via approaches.
