Hypopharyngeal cancers involve a tumor that is relatively more silent thpn other head and neck cancer tumors. Objective: Describe the clinical and CT scan features. Materials and Method : A prospective study from a series of 62 patients diagnosed of the hypopharyngeal cancers operateds. Results and Discusion:The time between initial symptoms and diagnosis is one and six manths 79 percent. Symptoms : dysphagia 100 percent , hoarseness 35.5 percent, otalgia 17.7 percent, laryngeal stridor 14.5 percent, metastatic the lymph node in the neck 43.5 percent. The site initial of the pyriform sinus 91.9 percent. Conclusion: The form ulcerative and infiltrative 67.7 percent, the SCC 100 percent.
