Methodology: Sample of study comprises 30 patients under orthodontic treatment. All patients were examined, impressed and taken panoramic and cephalometric radiography. Method of study is cross sectioned description. Goal of study is to describe clinical, radiography characteristics and the influence on occlusion of rotated teeth. Result: Percentages of patients, whose arches have 3 rotated teeth and 1 rotated tooth, are 43 percent and 23,3 percent respectively. 80,3 percent of rotated teeth rotate 10° - 45°, 17,1 percent of rotated teeth rotate or = 45°-90°... Conclusion: Ratio of female patients is higher than that of male patients. The main reason lead to rotation is space insufficience and supernumerary teeth. Rotated teeth can be seen in all class of disocclusion. Rotated teeth, which rotate less 45°, are the most common.
