 Purpose. The aim of this study to evaluated the clinnical characteristics of Graves'ophthalmopathy with the classification table NOSPECS. Subject. 194 patients randomly selected in National Endocrine Hospital from 02/2009 to 05/2009 to evaluating by the same physician. These patients have not been treated Graves'ophthalmopathyanywhere. Methods. Observation. Result. NOSPECS mainly at the degrees I with 129 patients accounted for 66.5 percent
  degree II, III and IV have low rate (from 1.03 percent to 17.5 percent). Degrees III and IV may to complicated by symptoms of eye such as keratitis, corneal ulcers and vision loss, optic nerve damage.
