The discharge ship's ballast water for the ship before enter the ports in Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh city area are a importance requirment for ship operation. The content of this article, the authors are carry out to research and propose the posittion for discharge ship's ballast water when arrive and depart from Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh sea ports. This is basic on the actual terrain of sea area and International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships' Ballast Water IBWM. For evaluation effect to sea invironment of discharge ship's ballast water we are used MIKE 21 softwave to follow the transmit of ship's ballast water in selected posittions.
