In the mining process, the study on the rock displacement and deformation for determining the law of the rock displacement and the surface subsidence formation caused by driving and mining activities has been always paid much attention to. In this paper, the authors deal with the study on the rock displacement and deformation in underground coal mining process at Quang Ninh coal area with the equivalence material model.
