Postoperating recurent injury of the colon cancer has bad pronostic, low resecable posibility, short survival. The objective is to evaluate the results of treatment of recurent colon cancer in Viet-Duc hospital. Methods: retrospective study on the patients operated by recurent colon cancer in Viet-Duc hospital from 200S to 2011. Results: 46 patients has average ages of 54.5
ratio males/females is of 1.74
mean recurent times is of 34.3 month. Recurent injury on the colon was of 25 cases
solitary hepatic metastases was of 8 cases
recurence on the colon accompagnied metastases (liver, peritonium...) was of 10 cases and peritonial metastases was of 3 cases. Conclusion: 29 colon resections, 3 by-pass, 2 hepatectomy, 9 removing of metastases. Morbidity was 8.7 percent and none of mortality, mean survival was 11.5 months.
