Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) causive peptid ulcer. There were methods for detection H. pylori for the patient infective H. pylori, including invasive and non invasive. Ojective: sensitive and specipicity of HpSA. Material and method: the patient under 18 years old with symptoms of digestive were collection the stool and endoscopy samples for CLO test. Results: 102 stool samples were collection and CLO test. The patient youngest was 12 months and oldest 15 years old. 86 sam pis HpSA positive CLO test and 16 samples negative CLO test. The sensitive and specificity were 76 percent and 94 percent. Conclusion : HpSA, a ELISA test had high sensitive and specicity, an value for detection of infection Hp in chidren with digestive symptoms.
