Background : The purpose of study is to evaluate toxicity of the FEC regimen as adjuvant therapy for the patients with metastatic breast cancer. Patients and methods: 52 patients diagnosed with breast cancer involved axillary nodes. They were received chemotherapy with FEC regimen (5 Flourouracin 600mg/m2 Cyclophosphamide 500mg/m2. Epirubicin 100mg/m2). Results: Nausea or vomiting 100 percent, anorexia 69,2 percent, hair fall 76,8 percent, neutropenia 57,6 percent, amenia 61,5 percent , low platelet level rate 38,5 percent, high creatinin level rate 28,9 percent, liver toxicity 61,5 percent mostly at grade 1 and 2, 01 case with mouthis and no determed cardiotoxicitic. Conclusions: The toxicity of FEC on 52 patients diagnosed with breast cancer involved axillary lymph nodes are acceptability.
