Congenial malformation can be detected early by ultrasonography. Objective: Dertermining value of ultrasonography serum to evaluate the fetus having risk of aneuploidy. Subjective: 320 pregnant women were performed tripletest and were ultrasounded to assess fetal aneuploidy risk. The cases were diagnosed aneuploidy by analyzing chromosome from aminocyte. Methods: this is a descriptive. Results and conclusion: The study has shown that 10/14 Down syndrome cases associated with possitive screening, the sensitivity 71.42 percent, specificity 71.24: 20/29 fetal aneuploidy associated with possitive screening cases, the sensitivity 68.96 percent, specificity 73.19 percent, 9 cases have positive results of triple test and nonnal ultrasound findings. 4 out of 9 were Down syndrome, another 5 were chromosomal disorders.
