Construction project management for network diagram is a relatively effective solution to shorten the execution time of each job category or the entire project corresponding to the lowest total cost. Stem from problems limited investment in capital construction, cost and the effect of shortening the time of the project, should the study of solutions to optimize the network diagram is essential in order to bring high economic efficiency in the management of construction investment projects. The studies of network optimization scheme has solved the problem need to shorten the implementation time of the project work to achieve this goal with minimal cost.
