Treating for 25 schizophrenic patients, who have negative symptoms, by Olanzapine (10mg/day) in 3 months, we have the following conclusions: - The most common negative mood disorder are alogia (100 percent), avolition (96 percent), restricted affect (96 percent), diminishedvoluntary movements (96 percent), curbing of interests (92 percent), poverty of speech (80 percent)
- The most remission of negative symptoms are restricted affect (from 96 percent before of treating to 48 percent after 3 month of treating), curbing of interests (from 92 percent to 48 percent)
- Score of PANSS Total, PANSS negative symptoms, PANSS cognitive symptoms, and PANSS depressive symptome... have cleare remission after 3 months of treating.
