Currently, stem cell peripheral blood source is the most widely used treatments for hematopoietic stem cells transplantation. Objective: Survey results mobilization and collection of peripheral blood stem cells to treat some blood diseases. Subjects and Methods: 39 subjects, including 24 patients and 15 donors are mobilized peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC) with G-CSF 10ug/kg/day average
collected by automatic separation machines, monitoring and evaluating the results of CD34+ cell count. Results: Time PBSC mobilization when separation was first collecttion was 5.1 + or - 2.1 days, total dose of G-CSF: 10.18 + or - 4.30 (bottle/300ug) Average number of CD34+ peripheral blood: he gives 100 + 88 (celis/ul) patients: 47 + or - 72 (cells/u1). Total blood volume processing: 10.7 + or - 3.5 (I). PBSC bags obtained 370 + 92 (ml), the number of CD34+ cells donor: 2065 + or - 1101 cells /ul, the patient 954 + or - 1644 cells/ul, Total CD34+ cells/kg weight patients: the donors: 12.5 + or - 8.7 x l0 exponent 6 cells, patient: 5.9+ or - 5.6) x l0 exponent 6 TB. Number average cup cottage was enough dose of PBSC CD34+ cells: Donations: 1 times patients: 1.54 + or - 0.84 times the rate of 1 cup cottage patients is 63.5 percent times, 2 times 25 percent and 3 times is 12.5 percent . Factors related to effective separation of PBSC mobilization and collection: the subject patient! donor, the number of CD34+cells of peripheral blood before the supernatant separated. Conclusion: PBSC collection was carried out safely, efficiently and become rountine at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion.
