The 40 patients with diagnosis of mucoceles of the fronto-ethmoidal sinus were treated at National Hospital of Otorhinolaryngology from 1/2000 to 8/2005. Materials and methods : 40 patients with diagnosis of mucoceles of the fronto-ethmoidal sinus at National Hospital of Otorhinolaryngology from 1/2000 to 8/2005. all the subjects were studied by the method of analysis to describe each case include of 2 groups: retrospective and and prospective group. Results: Clinical symptoms include the symptom of eye function such as blurred vision feature more of the symptoms of sinusitis (rhinorhea and headache in frontal area) and observation symptoms of eye like exophthalmos (77.5 percent). Image of endoscopy is stylish of middle slot of nose.a images plays an important role to see inside the mucoceles such as bone destruction, stylish sinus and eyeball (100 percent). Homogeneous density, mainly invasive on the orbital and obstruction of complex recess. Conclusion: The role in the diagnosis of mucoceles of the fronto ethmoidal sinus by a compared with clinical, endoscopy and X-ray would excel. Through clinical symptoms, endoscopy, a scaner shows the majority of patients to hospitals in the late stages.
