A study conducted with 386 children under the age of kindergarten and Quang Trung Pre-school kindergarten, Thai Nguyen city to explore the relationship between the night meal (meals extra bedtime) of children with ear, nose and throat symptoms and diseases. By the study method of direct interviews of parents on the realities of kids meals at night and suffer the symptoms of upper respiratory tract, combined physical examination of ear, nose and throat for children. Results showed that the proportion of children eating at night is very high (84.97 percent), especially with 75 percent regularly eat before bed Children with nocturnal symptoms of upper respiratory disease and a number of ear, nose and throat than children who do not eat at night is statistically significant (p0.05 and p0.001). This subject should be further research to make appropriate recommendations on this issue.
