Studying 122 patients who had been ventilated at ICU of 103 Hospitals from 1/2009 to 12/2011, the results showed: - The complication associated with patients ventilated for a long time: Lung atelectasis occurred in 13,1percent, the frequency of accidental extubation: 1,6percent
endobronchial tube blockage: 2,5percent. Hemotrachial: 9,83percent. - Pathogene involving in ventilator associated pneumonia were negative Gram bacteria:79,3 percent (Pseudomonas eruginosa:36,2 percent), positive gram bacteria: 20,69 percent (Staphylococus aureus 8,62 percent.). ESBL-producing Bacteria: 24,14 percent among them, Pseudomonas aeruginosa were the highest: 64,28 percent.
