Blood cell account and coagulation features relate with threaten complications of life in chronic myeloproliferative disorders. Objectives: (1) study on some coagulation features in chronic myelogenous leukemia, polycythemia vera and essential thrombocythemia. Subjects and methods: including 90 patients diagnosed polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia and chronic myelogenous leukemia. They carried out peripheral blood cell and coagution testings ). Results: average platelet account all increase in chronic myeloproliferative disorders. Rate of abnormal aggregation with ADP, collagen and ristocetin followed 50 percent
37,33 percent and 54,07 percent. 90 percent patient has low PT ( percent), 55,56 percent patient has long rAPPT and 51,11 percent patient with high fibrinogen concentration. Activity level of V, IX, X, XI and XII factors are decreased in all groups. Conclusions: Abnormal aggregation with ADP, collagen and ristocetin. Some coagulation factors decreased in chronic myeloproliferative disorders.
