Objectives: Research on epidemlogic factors and primary evaluation the result of treatment of nasal trauma. Subjective and methods: Medical record of 2,000 patients were diagnosed nasal trauma and treated. Result: Nasal trauma appeared manly in male: 73 percent, young age 52 percent. In the cause group, the traffic accident acounting for highest by 56 percent. Conclution: Nasal injury is one of the most trauma in face trauma. The main reason due to traffic accidents. Should be treated early and re-examination to avoid sequelae.
