Since its discovery in 1940, Isoflavon in soya bean has been received special concern from researchers and producers because of its beneficial effects on human health. The main phytoestrogen in nature are Isoflavon, Coumestan and Lignin in which Isoflavon is the most concerned compound. This research aims at experimenting appropriate chemical and physical conditions, based on which to suggest the conditions of producing foods that are rich of isoflavon.
