Tóm tắt

 Protocorms and raws were used for the seedlings cultured in-vitro after sowing seeds. The experiments were carried out on solid medium. In-vitro seedlings transplanted in to the appropriate mineral midium supplemented with 20 g/l sugar, 10 g/l agar, growth stimulants with different concentrations and the different supplements in each experiment. The results were as follows: 1) The best midium which is good for multiplication and growth of Dendrobium anosmum var. alba in vitro: 1/2MS + 20 g/l sucrose + 10 g/l agar + 1.5 mg/l kinetin + 120 g/l mashed green banana + 1 g/l activated charcoal + 10 percent coconut water
  2) The cluster includes 5 trees was suitable for the growth in-vitro plantlets.
