The physico-mechanical properties of the photocured coatings on the base of the systems containing epoxy resins modified by vegetable oils (tung, linseed, soya bean, rubber seed oils), and either monome epoxy Cyracure 6105 (BCDE), triarylsulfonium salt (TAS)- a cationic photoinitiator or monome hexanendiol HDDA, 1.184 - a radical photoiniiator, has been studied. After 24 seconds exposure under 250 mW/cm2 intensity UV-Iamp, the fastest and highest formation of the gel fraction and swelling degree was observed in the cationic photopolymerisation system ETT 39-6105-TAS. The gel fraction and hardness values in the systems, containing ETT 39 and EL 39 was higher than in systems with ED 39 and EHCS 39. The physico-mechanical properties of photo cured coatings on the base of the system containing epoxy resin modified by vegetable oils, a monome epoxy BCDE, TAS were higher than systems containing epoxy resin modified by vegetable oils, HDDA, 1.184. After 6 seconds exposure the hardness values, impact strength, cupping strength and the adhension of the 30 mm thick film of the systems were 0.2-0.84
70-200 kg.cm, 3.5-9.8 mm, 0 to 1 point, respectively.
