 Objectives: Study on the rate and analyse clinical manifestations of reaction of platelet transfusion at Bach Mai Hospital in 2011-2012. Subjects: 156 patients, with 1626 platelet units transfused. Method: Descritive study. Resultat: The rate of reactive patients is 2.83 percent
  The rate of reactive transfusion is 16.0 percent. Clinical manifestations is rash, the fever have been met at aproximately 25 percent of case of reaction. The hight rate have been met at the group of 45-60 of age.
