This paper presents the research results on the optimum conditions of the peroxydaza process, in the system: H2O-CO2+-Acac-Ind-H2O2 (1), with concentrations Indigocamin [Ind]o = 1.5 x 10 exponent -4 M, by the experiment planning method with two optimal level of one step, in order to minimize the performing experiment quantity. The optimal conditions of the peroxydaza process in the research system are: [Co exponent 2+]o = 5 x 10 exponent-5 M
[Acac]o = 5.9 x 10 exponent -5 M
pH = 11
[H2O2]O = 0.37 M
Wind = 23.048 x l0 exponent -7 (mol.L exponent-1.s exponent-1). Those results are the scientific basis for further research on the complex catalyst in system.
