Research design and methods: 68 multi-trauma patients were studied prospective, randomized and comparing clinical observation with 2-year follow-up (from July 2009 to July 2010). They were in the range of 15 to 60 years old with Niss scores from 18 to 24 points who were treated in the Intensive Care Unit of Hospital No.103. Results: Patients with early enteral nutrision (from 8 to 24 hours after admission to ICU ) have reached 95.33 percent of tolerated ability, 23 percent with distended abdomen, and 23.4 percent with diarrhoea. There is no serious reaction. There are significant changes in serum protein and albumin levels after EN and 76 percent of patients with stable glucose level. Conclusion: Early enteral nutrision in traumatic patiens that are in stable hemodynamic is safe, physiological and getting good results.
