 A group of 60 unresectable hypopharynx cancer patients stage III-IVB were studied to determined unexpected results and complications of concurrent chemoradiotherapy. There were some findings as follow: 1/ Sides effects included: leucopenia 5 percent
  neutropenia 3.3 percent
  skin burning 56.6 percent (degree IV 3.3 percent)
  dysphagia 8.3 percent and odinophagia 6.7 percent. 2/ Late complication of eosophagus degree III was 38.6 percent as much higer as definitive radiation but that outcom was acceptable.
