A study was conducted using 12 rabbits (of which 3 rabbits were not fascioliasis induction and the rest were inducted with liver fluke), 116 cattle serum samples of natural fascioliasis infection, 4 samples were fascioliasis and cyst free, fascioliasis were collected from infected cattle at Mai Dong Slaughter house (Ha Noi) to identify fascioliasis antigen secretion, the appearance of fascioliasis antibody in fluke induction rabbits, the sensitivity and specificity of DotELISA reaction. Gel electrophoresis results showed that, profile of protein molecular which weight 28 kDa was a component to determines fascioliasis antigen secretions. DotELISA reaction identified antibodies fascioliasis in rabbits began to appear from the 3rd week after infection and clearly seen from weeks 4 to 18, whereas, that in the weeks 1, 2, 3, 19 and 20 was not produced or appeared with a very small amount of fascioliasis antibodies in rabbit (none color reaction effects) DotELISA response was sensitive in identifying fascioliasis antibody which was approximately 88 percent and the immune response specificity was 100 percent.
