The article introduces results of the experimental research, survey and assessment on the influence of warm, wet climate, cooling requirements and specific packed-bed to the cool water efficiency in the cooling towers on the model in the laboratory and cooling towers of the practice. On the results of experimental research has built the experimental equation of determining the temperature of water cooling and featured combination of heat exchange in the TGN were built.
