Objectives of the study is to describe the situation and influencing factors on the use of safe motherhood services by mothers aged 15-49 years in Le Mon industrial park, Thanh Hoa in 2010. The results indicated that antenatal care adequacy is 84.3 percent by at least 3 visits, 81.7 percent by 2-dose tetanus injection and 73.1 percent by iron-folate supplements. Birth delivery at medical facilities is 100 percent. Attending medical facility in case of postnatal problem is 83.5 percent. Poverty and lower educational level are the two factors that deteriorate the use of prenatal and postnatal reproductive services by 3.4 to 21.85 fold. It is to enhance communication and counseling provided to working mothers in the industrial park, in order to raise awareness of safe motherhood services. Efforts and coordination of the local government, health administration and enterprises in the industrial park is needed as requested by the Project 52, issued by the Prime Minister.
