study the subchronic toxicity on rabbits with a daily dosage of 2.0 gr/kg and 4.0 gr/kg in 42 days. Results: LD50 was not found, the maximum permissible dose (10 gr/kg body weight) did not kill experimental mice. In rabbits, Ly Son black garlic extract administered orally with the daily dose of 2.0 gr/kg and 4.0 gr/kg in 42 days did not affect body weight gain and parameters such as ECG, hematology, biochemical and histology of liver, kidney, spleen. Conclusions: Ly Son black garlic extract is highly safe on experimental animals.
