In this paper, nano silver solution is prepared and stabilized by chitosan dihydroxyphenyl acetamide (CDHPA). Chitosan is a natural carbohydrate polymer deriving nom chitin that has biodegradable, biocompatible, antibacterial and antifungal properties, so when conjugation of the polymer and silver nanoparticles could be expected to increase bactericidal features of the obtained product. The chemical and physical methods were used to characterize the chitosan derivative such as transmission spectrum (UV-Vis), IR spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance (IH-NMR). Morphology of the obtained nano silver particles were observered by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
