The MmNi3.6Mn0.3Al0.4Co0.7 compound has been prepared from alloy ofrare earth elements and pure Ni, Mn, Al, Co as negative electrode of rechargeable NiMH battery. The sample of MmNi3.6Mn0.3Al0.4Co0.7 material has been studied by SEM, XRD and EDX. The electrochemical properties were investigated by EIS and creating equivalent circuit. The results show that the equivalent circuit including 13 components, which describe electrode process with minor error compared with experiment data. Thereby, the electrode process parameters of the MmNi3.6Mn0.3Al0.4Co0.7 material have been shown.
