Objectives: The rate of histologic classification of primary thyroid cancer. Subjects and Methods: Histologic classification based on the UICC and AJCC used in clinical practice and research. Histopathological diagnosis was conducted at the K hospital. Method of specimens fixed with formaldehyde, burying candles, cut staining Hematoxylin-Eosin. Results and conclusions: The rate of papillary cancer and follicular papilla up to a maximum of 82.3 percent, the capsule is 9.7 percent, bone marrow 6.4 percent, not differentiate only one case accounted for 1.6T percent. The correlation between histopathological and clinical lymph nodes, papillary and follicular papilla is the highest T(57T percent). Marrow is 75 percent, Cysts is 50 percent.
