research on ability of selecting microbiological agent in aerobic digestion of organic matters. The results in the laboratory show that the removal efficiency of organic matter is rather high when using 8500HV, 8120HV microbiological agents. The results are realized in Tan Hiep Huong Soya Cheese and Sauce Production Enterprise.
