 Bioreactor system plantima (BP) is a system for culturing immersion temporarily which can create the immersion discontinuously with a detennined cycle. It has a tank which has two different compartments and this tank is connected with a system of pipes and pump. The explants were placed on polypropylene disks into a group to save time comparing with nonnal cultural method. In this study, protoconn and shooting groups of Dendrobium nobile Undl. were cultured on the system (BP) and the result showed that the rate of shoot propagation for protoconn was 1.7 times compared with traditional method and there was a half of time compared with traditional culture. The rate of shoot propagation for shooting groups increased 1.8 times comparing with traditional method. The suitable medium for protoconn micropropagation was supplemented 2 g Hyponex + 100 ml coconus water + 60 g potato + 10 g saccarose per litter with 8.2 of the rate of shooting medium. The suitable medium for budding micropropagation was MS supplemented 100 ml coconus water + 60 g ripen banana + 20 g saccarose per litter achieved 5.2 multiplier with pH of medium = 5.7 - 5.9
  the cycle of this culture was 5 minutes in immersion and 30 minutes without pumping. In this condition, seedlings were transferred into RE medium adding 10 g saccarose + 1 g actived charcoal + 6 g agar per litter. This jar was sealed with a filter membrane to fonn a complete tree well and the trees had 4.1 cm of average high and 4.2 leaves of the average number of leaves.
