The neuropsychological batteries play an important role to diagnose cognitive impainnent after stroke. Objectives. To study the role of neuropsychological tests in the diagnosis of cognitive impainnent apter ischemic stroke. Patients and Methods: 40 ischemic stroke patients according to clinical and para clinical criteres of the WHO and 40 healthy were perfonned medical, neurological examination
