The authors present one case of uterus didelphys with unilateral vagina and ipsilateral renal agenesis to recall its embryophathology, and to give our experiences in diagnosis and treatment. Unilateral hematocolpos is caused by agenesis, atresia and fusion abnormalities of the Wolffian duct and the Mullerian duct. Clinical findings compose of dysmenorrhea and a pelvic mass. crscan is the best way to detect the association of the malformations.
