Long term immunosuppressive drugs should be given for lupus nephritis patients, so they are susceptible to infections. Orbital complication of sinusitis is a rare complication, especially in lupus nephritis patients. It will be very dangerous, if it couldn't be diagnosed and treated early. Therefore, the authors would like to report on a case of orbital complication of sinusitis in a patient with lupus nephritis, who has been treated with third generation cephalosporin and metronidazole.
