Avian influenza A infection is emerging as a problem topicality and urgency due to the spread and high mortality. The whole world is focusing on the strength and wisdom to control epidemic. Diagnosis is difficult because there are no specific symptoms. Early oseltamivir treatment is very important. Patients with severe pneumonia due to influenza A should be early non-invasive ventilation to avoid endotracheal intubation and decreased mortality.
