The article discusses on perception young families of civil officials on household expenditure management in Phan Thiet city. In light of the knowledge that household expenditure management is an economic function of the family as well as a necessary life skill for the youth. The findings show that although civil officials are aware of the importance of expenditure management in the family, their awareness of the issure is still limited due to the lack of deep research.
