The retrospective study which is executed for 3 years at the National Hospital for Obstetrics and Gynecology on 126 cases of laparoscopic surgery in pregnant patients with ovarian cyst showed that: Percentage of medical examination and ultrasound to find ovarian cyst is 65.9 percent. Common size of cyst: 6-10cm occupied: 73.8 percent
