The authors have reported initial of 41 patients with below cerebellar blood treated in the Department of Neurology, Thai Binh hospital from 6/2010 to 12/2011. The results showed that: age of infection from 35-88. Average age 57.6 + or - 11.4, the highest age group is 46-55, rate Male/Femal = 2.72 and the onset in the day. When onset: headache (87.8 percent), vomiting (65.8 percent), consciousness disorder (69.3 percent). Common factors prognotic assessment patients with below cerebellar blood research group: are hypetension (73.1 percent), history of previous brain strock (17 percent), the Glasgow under 9. the size of 2 cm hematoma. There is close relationship between disorders of consciousness and hematoma size with prognosis.
