 Objective: Study some major clinical manifestation of patients with severe preeclampsia who had C-section at National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Method: retrospective study on 244 pregnancy who were diagnosed severe preeclampsia had C-section at NHOG from January-2011 to June-2012. Results: The group with age 20-34 accounted for the highest percentage (78.2 percent). The group with age or = 35 accounted for 20.9 percent. The average age of the study patients was: 30.2 + or - 5.6. The rate of patients with past obstetrical history of preeclampsia/ eclampsia was 6.6 percent
  stillbirth was 5.3 percent
  recurrent pregnancy loss was 4.5 percent. The incidence of the patients with edema and facial edema was 29.9 percent, the one of the patients with edema and no facial edema was 65.2 percent. Headache and dizziness were the most common symptoms (42.2 percent). After that, blurred vision was 11.9 percent, epigastric paint was 4.5 percent, oliguria was 3.3 percent. Conclusion: The average age of the study groups was: 30.2 + or - 5.6. Obstetric history with preeclampsia/eclampsia was 6.6 percent, stillbirths was 5.3 percent and recurrent pregnancy loss was 4.5 percent. Number of patients with edema and facial edema accounted for 29.9 percent. Headache, dizziness was the most common symptoms (42.2 percent). Blurred vision was 11.9 percent, epigastric pain was 4.5 percent, oliguria was 3.3 percent.
