Target: Characteristics of eclampsia on pregnant women with eclampsia at the national hospital of obstetrics and gynecology. Subject and study method: Retrospective description with 81 preeclampsia medical record, which was hospitalized and treated at the national hospital of obstetrics and gynecology from 2007 -2010. Result: Convulsive occur less than 3 time occupy hight rate (80.2 percent). Elampsia occur before the labor get the highest rate with 72.8 percent. Eclampsia during the labor make up 8.6 percent and after delivering is 25.9 percent. The patients with eclampsia occur after delivering 6 hours getting the highest rate 61.9 percent. The rate of eclampsia after delivering from 6h to 24h is 26.8 percent and after 24h is 9.6 percent. The rate of the patients, who have the first convulsive at home, getting the highest rate 59.3 percent. The rate of eclampsia that occur on the road to the hospital get the low rate 2.5 percent.
