Tóm tắt

 A cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out among 178 commune health staff (midwife and chief of health station) working at 89 communes belonging to 4 districts of Hai Duong province about the demand of reproductive health care training. The results showed that about 97.2 percent of them had the need of being trained on reproductive health care
  about 79.8 percent
  82.0 percent and 79.8 percent of them had the need of being trained on antenatal care, delivery care and postnatal care respectively. About 94.4 percent of them indicated the demand of being trained on abnormal signs and symptoms during pregnancy and delivery
  about 69.7 percent of them need the train of tricks and surgery. Other train demand as: preterm infants and low birth weight infants care (77.0 percent)
  breastfeeding counseling (76.4 percent)
  kangaroos care (73.6 percent)
  Heel blood sampling technique (74.2 percent)
  neonatal intensive care after giving birth (96.6 percent)
  abortion counseling (82.0 percent)
  abortion by vacuum aspiration method (79.2 percent)
  equipment use and storage (64.0 percent)
  and essential drugs used for patients (72.5 percent).
