The objective of this study was to assess the evolution of the gold market in Vietnam before and after Decree 24/2012/ND-CP dated 03/4/2012 of the Government have effect, and through the analysis of the impact of regulations on gold market management in Vietnam, the author provides some recommendations for policy adjustments to manage the market more suitable.
