Retrospective and prospective study 914 pregnant women infected with Rubella virus in pregnancy suspend at the National Hospital for Obstetrics and Gynecology in the first 6 months in 2011 showed the rate abortion of Rubella infection for 19.2 percent. 887 cases with clinical symtoms (fever, rash or swollen lymph nodes). 614 high-risk cases accounted for 67.2 percent pregnancy counseling suspension of correlation between gestational age reasons abortion with Rubella disease expression with p 0.001. Group couseling abortion with gestation under 16 weeks 97.0 percent majority.
