 Objectives: Describe the cause and assess menagment of infertility women through laparoscopic surgery in the central maternity hospital in 2009. Materials and methods: subjects: 593 female infertility patients undergone laparoscopy from 01/01/2009 to 31/12/2009. Methods: retrospective study based on medical records. Results: The cause were diagnosed before surgery compared with surgery: tubal lesions 64.2 percent versus 48.1 percent, unknown cause 25.8 percent - 6.4 percent, polycystic ovary 3.4 percent - 11.1 percent
  anovulation 0 percent 9.8 percent. endometriosis 0.5 percent - 5.1 percent. Pelvic adhesion 0 percent - 5.4 percent. Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery has a high value in diagnosing and treating female infertility.
