Peripheral artery true aneurysms are relatively rare. The majority are pseudoaneurysms with traumatic origin and iatrogenic lesions following medical interventions. The report on 4 case of peripheral arteries true aneurysm during 2010-2011 at Viet Duc Hospital. All patients are without any history of trauma, penetrating wound or catherterization. Positions of aneurysms: 1 radial
2 brachial and 1 superficial femoral, one child patient. Diagnosing isn't difficult but may be confused with other lesions due to low frequency of the disease. Surgical indication is dictated due to risk of aneurysm rupture, local compression and peripheral artery obstruction. Surgical removal of aneurysm and revascularization in all patients are performed with good results.
