To evaluate the current state of public transit system by bus, many evaluation methods have been used. One of them is point-factor method. Researching and applying point-factor method will enrich the theory and practice on evaluating public transit system by bus, and providing a tool for policy makers when evaluating bus system and public transit system in general.
